Perform to achieve sales target and improve sales. Identify KPl's and key services and create a mechanism for reporting to the supervisor monthly. They are implementing Action Plan (Service, Contract, Repair, Installation, Spare Parts) developed by Senior Service Engineer in real-time. Continuously improve your Technical Knowledge and Engineering Skills according to your business needs. Ensuring that the activities for which you are responsible are complete, following the set standards and quality (Standard & Quality) Spare parts are required for the equipment installed according to the brands assigned to you. List of related items Meetings according to business needs; Technology seminars; Participate in training and demonstrations Assist in continuous Technical Survey / Evaluation of responsible equipment. Systematic maintenance of reports and office records according to the brands for which you are responsible Ensure coordination with other departments within the company to complete the tasks/duties of the departments under your responsibility on time. Progress in the implementation of task assignments; Real-time reporting of completion Following the established system, prepare documents (Report, Documentation, Data, Record, Correspondence, etc .,). Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying potential risks related to regulatory compliance and making informed decisions to mitigate these risks while minimizing impact on business operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments such as R&D, quality assurance, manufacturing, marketing, and legal to ensure that all aspects of the organization are aligned with regulatory requirements. Labeling and Packaging Compliance: Overseeing the accuracy and compliance of product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure they adhere to regulatory guidelines. Quality Systems: Ensuring that the organization's quality systems, documentation, and processes align with regulatory expectations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Clinical Trials Support: Providing guidance and assistance in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents required for clinical trials, including Investigational New Drug (IND) and Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) applications. Post-Market Surveillance: Monitoring and reporting adverse events, product complaints, and other post-market surveillance activities as required by regulations. Training and Education: Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams about regulatory requirements, changes, and best practices. Audit and Inspection Readiness: Preparing the organization for regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes are in place. Regulatory Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate and organized records of all regulatory-related documents and submissions. Advisory Role: Providing expert advice to senior management regarding regulatory implications of business decisions and strategies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the organization's products, processes, and operations are in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities. Overall, the Regulatory Affairs Officer plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining product quality and safety, and supporting business growth within a highly regulated environment.
Key Area Ensure 90% of shipments are cleared in timely manner in order not to pay damange and detention charges Ensure all customers duty, commercial taxes and other taxes are to be levied and correct Apply and obtain required import license in timely manner Track and collect all pertaining documents before arrival of the cargo Disseminanting all pertaining shipment documents to account department that are necessary for SAP processing before the clearance of the cargo Update 100% of tax exemption status and update the changes of other laws, rules & regulations Inform to shipper and international procurement managers and concerned parties in timely manner for the incidents of damage and quality claimants and ensure company gets back the claimed amount. Other Area Manage the Import/Export process and ensure compliance with local and foreign government laws and regulations Expedite the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentations and transportations Oversee the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with distribution in a timely manner Negotiate with clients and handle issues with customs officials Consultation to the principals and suppliers regarding insurances, duties and taxes Liaise with principals and suppliers to resolve any shipment related documentations discrepencies to ensure smooth clearance process Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports processes Control any delay that may occur during the export and import process Apply required import license on time Perform shipment clearance on time Plan and prepare for adequate foreign currency reserve to make the supplier payments Process the payments to oversea suppliers on time Process tax refund and deposit refund from the government in timely manner Ensure minimizing unnecessary expenses Prepare and provide accurate management reporting periodically in timely manner Follow the rules and regulations and maintain the requirements of Quality Management System in accordance with ISO guidelines Ensure the current working procedures are in compliance with specified SOPs Train and supervise the staffs to get knowledge of specified SOPs and process in order to comply with its requirements Ensure department related documents are archived in accordance with the corporate document retension policy Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management

Designing and developing the user interface (UI) of websites and web applications Ensuring that websites are responsive and look good on all devices, from desktops to mobile phones. Collaborating with designers and Software’s Vendors to bring the websites or applications to work properly. Test and fix all the bugs on websites and Applications. Building and maintaining databases that store website content and user data. Developing APIs that allow other applications to interact with a website or application. Testing and debugging code to ensure that it works correctly. Deploying websites and applications to production servers. Monitoring website and application performance and identifying and fixing any problems that arise. Staying up to date with the latest web development technologies and trends.
