Design residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems. Conduct site assessments and analyze energy production using software such as PVsyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD 2D,3D or equivalent tools. Prepare detailed electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, and system schematics. Perform sizing calculations for PV system components, including modules, inverters, cables, and protection devices. Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), utility requirements, and safety regulations. Coordinate with CE/PM, installation teams, clients, and permitting authorities throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare bills of materials (BoM), cost estimates, and technical documentation for project proposals and execution. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide engineering support during installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Support system performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of PV systems.
