1. Supply Chain Management
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and monitor procurement coordination, shipment schedules and inventory replenishment.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and customs brokers.
Ensure timely delivery of imported goods to the warehouse and project sites.
Identify supply chain risks and implement effective solutions.
2. Import & Customs Clearance Management
Lead and oversee import/export documentation and customs clearance activities.
Ensure import permits, licenses, approvals and supporting documents are properly arranged.
Review and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin (COO) and other required documents.
Coordinate with customs brokers, relevant authorities and shipping agents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor customs clearance progress and resolve documentation or clearance issues.
Ensure accurate records of customs duties, taxes and related charges.
3. Logistics & Transportation Management
Manage international freight, local transportation, warehouse delivery and distribution arrangements.
Monitor shipment tracking, delivery schedules and logistics service performance.
Negotiate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to achieve competitive rates and reliable services.
Ensure proper coordination between Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Engineering Teams.
4. Cost Control & Budget Management
Prepare and monitor supply chain and logistics budgets.
Control freight charges, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees and transportation costs.
Analyze landed costs of imported products, including Battery, Solar PV, Inverters and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
Review supplier and logistics quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper supporting documents and timely payment processing.
5. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, supervise and develop the Supply Chain & Customs Clearance Team.
Set departmental KPIs, work plans and performance targets.
Establish effective SOPs, internal controls and document management systems.
Monitor team productivity, operational accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to Management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong practical knowledge of Myanmar import/export procedures and customs clearance regulations.
Proven experience in international shipping, freight forwarding and logistics management.
Good understanding of import permits, licensing, shipping documentation, customs duties and taxes.
Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
Experience in Battery, Solar, Electrical Equipment or Energy Storage industries will be an advantage.
