1st level user support to system users’ IT needs. Supporting back office and front office staff in using of MIS systems (CBS, ERP, HRM and etc.) and its delivery channel. Testing new updates of the MIS systems, if any and installation. Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc. Analysis of the requirements of the user and MIS systems and report to MIS Officer. Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate. Work with a team of software developers from various software vendors to resolve issues in timely manner Generate MIS reports and other reports required monthly, weekly, daily basis Support to develop MIS reporting structure Support to maintain Alliance system database backup, user data backup and email backup mechanisms Support software project in Alliance such as Data warehouse project and etc. Support training for digital literacy
Support the Alliance software development projects Refining system requirement and specification UI/UX prototyping for new software development Collaboration with other development team for third-party integration. Produce clean, concise, efficient code based on specifications in given timeframe Resolving technical issue, debug code, run functionally test, and upgrade existing software (Administration Management and Human Resource Management) Create technical documentation for reference, version control and reporting Assist and report to Senior software developer with all aspects of software design and coding Define software requirement and ensure Alliance software documentation up-to-date. Assist Alliance IT projects such as CBS Project, Datawarehouse Project and etc
