Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • 1st level user support to system users’ IT needs.
  • Supporting back office and front office staff in using of MIS systems (CBS, ERP, HRM and etc.) and its delivery channel.
  • Manage MIS Team.
  • Testing new updates of the MIS systems, if any and installation.
  • Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
  • Analysis of the requirements of the user and MIS systems and report to MIS Manager.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
  • Work with a team of software developers from various software vendors to resolve issues in timely manner
  • Generate MIS reports and other reports required monthly, weekly, daily basis
  • Maintain Alliance system database backup, user data backup and email backup mechanisms
  • Managing and supporting software projects in Alliance such as Data warehouse projects
  • Manage and document system configurations
  • Monitor performance of software systems in Alliance and ensure systems availability and reliability
  • Develop and Manage MIS reporting structure
  • Support training for digital literacy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Management Information Systems
  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL and Oracle are more preferable.
  • Experience in Query processing.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and business requirements in a fast-paced environment
