Plan and coordinate Customer Engagement Activities. Maintain Promotion & Sales growth Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and healthcare professionals. To promote the brand by building strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders/healthcare professionals.
Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure a positive customer experience. Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. Build relationships with corporate clients and expand business partnerships. Reporting & Data Analysis Prepare Sales & Marketing Performance Reports. Conduct Competitor Analysis & Market Research. Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.
