Alpha Laboratory is looking for Marketing Executives to enhance our healthcare and laboratory services.

✅ Responsibilities:
Brand Building

• Develop and implement Digital & Traditional Marketing Strategies to promote Alpha Laboratory’s services.
• Manage content creation and advertising on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Organize and execute Promotional Campaigns & Health Awareness Programs.
• Plan and coordinate Customer Engagement Activities.
Maintain Promotion & Sales growth
• Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

• To promote the brand by building strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders/healthcare professionals.


• Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and expand business partnerships.
 Reporting & Data Analysis
• Prepare Sales & Marketing Performance Reports.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis & Market Research.
• Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.

✔️ For Marketing Executive: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
✔️ For Marketing Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
✔️ Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Branding is an advantage.
✔️ Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Digital Ads, SEO, and Content Marketing.
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Experience in the healthcare industry (Medical Labs, Clinics, Hospitals) is a plus.

✔️ Experience as Medical Representative could be advantage.
