Job Summary This position is for a Solar Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of solar PV systems to ensure stable system operation. In addition, the role involves conducting root cause analysis, preparing technical reports, and managing spare parts inventory. The candidate will also participate in industry conferences and B2B meetings to evaluate emerging solar technologies. Key Responsibilities: ● Perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems. ● Interact with customers on a professional level as part of a multi-tasking team. ● Perform onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. ● Check and provide complete documentation to clients. ● Carry out site root analysis. ● Attend the conference and B2B meetings to assess new solar PV system technologies ● Apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and recurring faults. ● Investigate technical failures and prepare formal technical reports. ● Record keeping and management of spare part movements. ● Able to develop training materials and courseware. ● Provide technical training and technical guidance to customers.
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services for installed solar systems. This role focuses on ensuring satisfaction through timely support for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide technical support to customers after system installation. Handle service requests, complaints, and warranty claims. Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnose and repair faults in solar inverters and batteries. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Conduct site visits to resolve technical issues. Provide training and support Communicate with distributors to understand issues and provide solutions. Provide training to distributors on products and system maintenance. Maintain good relationships with distributors and partners. Technical Documentation Prepare service reports, incident reports, and maintenance logs. Track service cases and follow up until closure. Maintain proper documentation for warranty and audit purposes. Coordination & Support Work closely with HQ and distributors for issue resolution. Coordinate with HQ and distributors for technical support and spare parts replacement. Support on site repair and commissioning when required. Any other duties as assigned by management.
