Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services for installed solar systems. This role focuses on ensuring satisfaction through timely support for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
 Provide technical support to customers after system installation.
 Handle service requests, complaints, and warranty claims.
 Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
 Diagnose and repair faults in solar inverters and batteries.
 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
 Conduct site visits to resolve technical issues.
Provide training and support
 Communicate with distributors to understand issues and provide solutions.
 Provide training to distributors on products and system maintenance.
 Maintain good relationships with distributors and partners.
Technical Documentation
 Prepare service reports, incident reports, and maintenance logs.
 Track service cases and follow up until closure.
 Maintain proper documentation for warranty and audit purposes.
Coordination & Support
 Work closely with HQ and distributors for issue resolution.
 Coordinate with HQ and distributors for technical support and spare parts replacement.
 Support on site repair and commissioning when required.
 Any other duties as assigned by management.

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in solar industry or electrical service role.
 Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair on solar products.
 Good understanding of inverters, batteries, and electrical systems.
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 Willingness to travel for site support.
