Ward AMO Perform history taking and examination of all new and old patients, in ward for completion of specialists and treatments. Order treatment for the patient’s complaints according to the guideline and specialist’s instruction for prompt treatment. Ensure that hospital’s policies, protocols, guideline and procedures are being followed by nursing staffs and HCAs to give optimum care to the patients. Report extraordinary and some complaints events to MO/Sr.MO/ ERT MO for proper problem solving in time. Supervise medical team (nursing staffs and pharmacists) to reduce error. A&E II AMO Perform history taking and physical examination of patients to assist MO and specialists. Report arrival of admission cases to the respective specialists to give prompt treatment for the patients. Supervise all nursing staffs and HCAs to reduce errors. Give information to MO/Sr.MO about police cases for initial primary care and life saving measures and refer patients to the government hospital. Teleconsultation AMO Gather patient’s medical records (including investigation results and reports) via video/viber call if the patient is at home. Take note of patient’s history, physical examination, medical records of patients and send all information to specialists via video/viber call if the patient is at hospital (ARH). Give explanation and instruction to patients after receiving order of specialists to give proper treatment for the patient via video/viber call if the patient is at home. Give explanation and instruction to the patient, after receiving specialist’s order via video/viber call and arrange to provide complete treatment for the patient if the patient is at ARH. Discharge AMO Perform data entry of all new admission and all old cases till discharge including changes to give complete medical summary by using iThis software with the computer and give treatment to the patients. Report extraordinary cases to ERT MOs if necessary, for proper problem solving in time.
Manage and monitor the overall process workflow of the Health Insurance, and OPD Units for smooth service arrangements. Set and upgrade Health Insurance, and OPD Improvement Projects to achieve better service delivery. Coach the process of staff behavioral & on-job training for customer service improvements. Build and maintain good communication with Health Insurance Partners, specialists, VIP customers, and stakeholders to sustain long-term relationships. Solve customers’ complaints and special case occurrences and report to Dy GM and GM if necessary. Supervise monthly/yearly reports to Dy GM, GM, and COO. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by the immediate superior of CCD and HOD.
- Support the Top Management in the HSE Policy, Guidelines and Implementations. - Set the PR, WI, RE of HSE System. - Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System, procedures. - Provide the updating in line with changes in Legislation and Hospital’s Vision. - Provide for motivation and familiarization of all employees and stakeholders respecting the importance of complying with HSE procedures and all safety equipment’s provided. - Conduct and assist safety audits both internal and external. - Take part in investigation, analysis of accident/ incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans and risk assessment. - Carries out in-house safety trainings. - Safeties related input into new projects and modification programs. - Regular report to HSE committee and BOD as necessary.

Ensure legal compliance is met in all HR policies and activities. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR functions by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits. Convince the C-Suit peers to endorse HR Solutions to solve company shortcomings. Lead and promote employer branding to attract talented and highly skilled candidates. Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the Hospital. Develop, update and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost-effective. Oversee the HR Budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives. Champion a performance culture and continually review productivity and employee development, making recommendations for improvements. Monitor Key Results Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Objectives, Key Results and Initiatives (OKIs) for the Hospital in collaboration with Executive Committee (C-Suit Peers). Ensure that HR Team is agile, and ready to lead change management and organization development. Give counsel, oversee and manage complex employee relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases with professionalism. Oversee the digitization of company infrastructure and employee practices. Deliver bad news ethically and professionally, and offer pragmatic solutions. Develop and implement effective training and development programs for the Hospital and community.
