Liaise among C’Suite, departments heads and medical staffs for improvement of medical division of Asia Royal Hospital Assist CMO, CA, AMS, AGM and together with all staffs of medical office for implementation of new projects and regulation of health care in line with standards Organize consultants and medical officers and staffs to perform regular CME for continuous medical and nursing education Supervise medical office staff for efficient operation and problem solving Report superiors about affairs concerned with medical division for strategic management Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the Medical Division and ARH
1. Manage unit-related PR/WI & KPIs/risk assessments to optimize team performance. 2. Manage the process of answering phone inquiries and emails for the appropriate information and medical practice/advice. 3. Manage Digital Platforms (i.e. Social Media Page, ARH App, Main Website, & Viber Community Circle) to improve customer engagement. 4. Evaluate competitor analysis to assist in business planning for the information help desk. 5. Implement the Improvement Projects to achieve better service delivery. 6. Coach the process of staff behavioral & on-job training for customer service improvements. 7. Oversee and manage CCD staff according to their units and sections to improve the performance of the department to reach department objectives, assignments, and KPIs. Prepare and analyze performance evaluations in their respective units and sections to encourage staff promotions. Assist the senior management in setting policies and procedures for the department and drawing marketing strategies and assignments for the thriving growth of the department. Lead branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, events, and activities for the business development process in the competitive market. Manage the department’s budget according to changing marketing trends to develop innovative marketing ideas, business leads, and connections. Establish good relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders, including specialists, corporate partners, and shareholders to sustain continuous mutual relations. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by the COO & the immediate superior of CCD.
Main Responsibilities Ensure smooth implementation of different workflows and procedures of the department Assist the Executive officer in the strategic planning of the department Coach and motivate all subordinates to get job satisfaction and good performance Check and analyze performance appraisal of officers and staff and report to EO and COO Participate actively in staffs' welfare for personal and activities in AR. Propose and suggest for innovative and creative ideas for improvement in workflow to EO and COO. Scan the patient’s chart & medical checkup daily to maintain files and records for easy access. 1. Reviewing the training syllabus and courses. 2. Prepare the L&D budget and yearly master plan and coordinate with Assistant HR Manager. 3. Coordinate with ARH managers, HR executive, and Assistant HR Manager to conduct the Training Need Analysis (TNA). 4. Summary training records, and TNA results and report to HR Managers. 5. Organize the orientation training and other in-house or outsourced training coordinates with Assistant HR Manager and HR Executive. 6. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superiors of the HR (L&D) department.
Identify the department’s objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing Manage the HR team and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that all HR functions are executed effectively. Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees Implement recruitment strategy and analyze various sourcing approaches and tools in order to get reputable and proper announcement among public. Analyses the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process Works and attends in-house recruitment drives to attract the right talent for business needs Collects data for analysis on labor market of health care service industry and assists to superior in developing proper employee retention plan. Collaborate with HR Team and discusses the employee career progression and paths analyses HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and instructed by immediate superior of HR Division. Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, regulations, and policies. Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR issues and trends
Make the data entry in the software with daily cash and bank transactions by account code as income , expesnse and capital expenditure to complete general ledger . Prepare monthly revenue statement by income type according to the Accounting and POS Software . Check the cash and bank balance in the general ledger with the monthly cash flow statement prepared by Treasury Department according to double check system . Prepare Monthly Expenditure Statement which will highlight some expenditures for supporing to management . Check the daily counter report with supporting documents for completeness and correctness and classify and fill the account code according to accounting practice . Check the credit sales with the evidence according to agreement and power of authority and prepare and send the invoices for collection purposes . Efficiently catch up the Accounting and POS software to make the data entry in the accounting software . Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate superior of the department.
Be the L2 or L3 person to troubleshoot and analyze problems, before escalating to vendors and work to resolve problems with minimum impact. Able to perform root cause analysis and proposed/implement actions to prevent recurrence. Support Windows OS, MS office applications (Email, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.). Manage Active Directory, Azure AD and Office 365, CCTV system, Door Access system, Multi-Function Printer (MFP) Administration and Monitor Cybersecurity related administration works. Liaise with vendors effectively and post Projects Documentation Pass and maintain relevant certifications as required by the company. Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently. Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer the solution. Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement. Establish knowledge database, maintain, and update technical support documentation. Performing daily applications & system health checks supporting the company’s IT infrastructure (Network, System, Storage, IP Telephony System & etc.) Providing end user device support for internal staffs Occasional after-hours and weekend support is required with off-in-lieu given accordingly Participating in ad hoc projects Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate superior of the IT Department
