Budgeting & Planning Create, manage, and review the annual strategic plan, establishment of KPIs and budget development process based on a zero-based budget approach. Work with the various departments to develop a yearly budget ensuring a high level of detail, accuracy, and holistic coherence. Position Summary The Career Service Executive is responsible for supporting students in career planning, internship coordination, and employment readiness. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong industry partnerships, managing internship programs, and delivering career development services that align with Auston’s academic programs. The position plays a key role in connecting students with industry opportunities, tracking alumni employment outcomes, and supporting institutional objectives related to graduate employability. Key Responsibilities 1. Network Building & Partnerships Maintain strong relationships with existing partner companies and continuously expand the professional network by engaging new local and international companies, organizations, non-profit entities, and government stakeholders. Build and sustain relationships with management and/or ownership of relevant industry partners. Manage partnerships and engagement between Auston and industry, organizations, and government entities. Represent Auston at external partnership, technology, and industry-related events as required. 2. Internship Program Management Capture internship requirements from the Academic Team. Counsel students and support them in defining clear internship objectives and needs. Build and maintain a structured knowledge base of available internship programs relevant to Auston students. Match internship opportunities with students’ academic background, skills, and career goals. Collect feedback from students and host companies regarding internship experiences and continuously improve internship quality and impact. Plan and coordinate industrial visits and internship execution in collaboration with the Student Service Team. 3. Career Planning & Career Services. Career Planning & Career Services Develop, update, and implement career development activities aligned with Auston programs and students’ career objectives. Maintenance of Lab Rooms/Equipment Ensure that all equipment and materials are well arranged and maintained; ready for use on days that lab classes are scheduled to occur. Ensure that software in the engineering lab and IT Lab is kept updated. Maintain all laboratory records. In charge of organizing, inventorying, and storing equipment and materials for the lab. Recommend new industry-relevant equipment (hardware and software) needed to maintain a working lab. Safety Regulations Labs must be kept clean and orderly at all times. Comply with the correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations. Related with Lab Sessions and Academic Team Conduct lab sessions for students on relevant engineering and IT modules if needed. Key Purpose of the Job: The Internal Event Specialist supports Service, Sales, Corporate and Marketing teams with the successful coordination of all Online and In-Center Events that meet the needs and interests of students as well as prospects to drive satisfaction and increase IR generation.
