Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. School Operations Management Establish and monitor the onboarding procedures of new students and class opening in order to ensure compliance at the school level. Job Overview The Technology teacher reports to the Head of School and is responsible for providing technology instruction to students in Kinder garten-2 through Grade 6. Position Summary The Activities Executive is tasked with overseeing the procurement, cost management, inventory tracking, and distribution of materials needed for Kids&Us activities and operational functions. This position ensures that purchase requests are processed accurately and efficiently, coordinates with vendors, and upholds financial and procedural compliance to support seamless activity execution across centers. Key Responsibilities 1. Activity Planning and Execution (50%) Collaborate in the development of monthly activity and decoration themes for schools. Conduct vendor sourcing, cost assessments, and purchase materials aligned with the monthly activity plan. Coordinate with vendors on order management, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Allocate and distribute activity materials to centers on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely availability. Accurately allocate costs for all materials procured. 2. Kids&Us Product Inventory Management (20%) Store and organize materials in compliance with company policies. Distribute materials to students and teachers according to SOPs, including new school year preparations. Oversee procurement for centers by replacing outdated items and acquiring materials for new locations. Monitor orders and communication from Spain to ensure accurate and timely inventory management. Prepare and submit monthly export and usage reports for the Finance Team. 3. Reporting and Documentation (20%) Prepare and submit purchase requests, obtain necessary approvals, and issue purchase orders following internal procedures. Submit all purchase receipts and ensure monthly payments are processed on time. Compile and submit invoices, delivery receipts, and all relevant payment documentation to Accounts Payable. 4. Key Purpose of the Job Responsible to create and modify student contracts in the NSE, the teaching platform, to ensure the smooth operation in the teaching platform. Key Areas of Responsibility Student Contract Management Create Student Codes in NSE, the teaching platform, ensure the Student Code is available and activated before the Courses start. Update information relating to Student Code in NSE for contract modification requests, such as revising starting date/end date, revising start level, inputting course extension, upgrading the course type and numbers of class limit, etc. Ensure accurate records of all students’ contracts and related documents are in HubSpot. Organizing and storing those documents in Teams. Check, monitor, manage the storage of the signed Student Contracts and other related contract documents as e-document process management. Keep track of pending contracts which are not yet registered in the NSE system, follow up on such cases, and report them to the designated departments. Initiate the contract cancellation process for students' contracts within the system with the approval of stakeholders and BU General Manager, execute the contract cancellations in the NSE system. Enact contract freezes in the NSE in accordance with the institute's regulations and the approval of Nation Head of Sales maintaining a comprehensive list of such contracts. Ensure all the contract modifications are in compliance with the institute’s rules and regulations. Internal Communication Required Daily communication and collaboration with the sales and services teams.
