Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee student services operations including registration, orientation, attendance tracking, exams, results, graduation, and student records
  • Act as primary communication and complaint-handling focal point for students and parents
  • Manage student counselling, discipline matters, special requests (withdrawal, deferment, exceptional cases)
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies, attendance rules, and payment requirements
  • Plan and execute student events (orientation, graduation, industry visits, parent meetings)
  • Monitor service quality, student feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage student tracking systems, reporting, and documentation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or other education in relevant field
  • 5–7 years of experience in academic or educational management

  • Fluent in written and spoken Myanmar and English

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in academic institutions or schools

  • Good understanding of operations, SOPs, and quality service standards

  • Knowledge of the Myanmar education sector

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork skills
