What we do

Aung Gabar Motor Services Co.,Ltd was registered and opened car show room sales center in the year 2014,with the permission of Minister of Trade. Aung Gabar Motor Services Co.,Ltd was granted as Authorize exclusive Distributor of BAIC in Myanmar. Vehicles and cars were imported from Japan, And by consignment basic with s’pore. We import round about 2000 cars from others countries such as Japan, USA and Germany ,etc. At present demand, we focus our sales will reach about nearly 1800 cars in current year. We make a joint venture with Japan Company for import cars from to Myanmar. This joint venture opened two car showrooms in Yangon & Mandalay City. The head office was opened in No (74), Industrial (1) Road,(8) Quarter, South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.

Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems that ensure the smooth operation. Provide guidance and direction to administrative staff, ensuring their task is completed accurately and efficiently. Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs. Prepare the office administration work in daily and other admin work assigned by HOD. Systematically record for all receipts and payments, outstanding bills, cash transactions, and all financial statement reports are accurate and timely. Arranging the meeting & taking meeting minutes which is related to Management. Handle confidential documents/information ensuring to secure. Performs other duties as assigned.
Develop and monitor HR processes, systems, and tactics across the organization. Creating and implementing HR strategies for the business and leading a team of HR Department. Must be able to along with the company's established procedures, prepare manpower Planning, HR Budgeting. Manage the hiring and onboarding Process and resolving conflicts within the organization. Manage employees Learning and development, performance management process. Oversee employee’s compensation & benefits process. Developing policies and ensuring policy awareness and creating and maintaining reports. Develop a positive working environment. Preparing and presenting helpful and engaging presentations. Ensuring the safety of employees within the organization. Organizing events to increase employee engagement Well understanding of delivery arrangements, systematic record keeping of fuel assumption and car maintenance Securing and well organizing of the office documents, equipment, all assets, IT Access and Networking Report to the management to help them in decision-making. Report to Director and Managing Director for all HR Process Weekly and Monthly, yearly. Other assigned by Director’s and Managing director.

Leadership and development: Mentor, coach and develop accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Daily operation, Analyze & report the data of expenditure and Income Daily, Weekly and monthly reports Strong experience in accounts receivable and Payable, Cashbook Entry Coordination and Collaboration with related department Overall Manage in Stock Entry, Cash flow, and Financial Statement Be able to concentrate for long periods of time, handle pressure with a high sense of confidentiality Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Can manage over Stock Issues and Entry Understanding of all basic accounting functions.
