Ensuring the safety of employees within the organization. Organizing events to increase employee engagement Well understanding of delivery arrangements, systematic record keeping of fuel assumption and car maintenance Securing and well organizing of the office documents, equipment, all assets, IT Access and Networking Report to the management to help them in decision-making. Report to Director and Managing Director for all HR Process Weekly and Monthly, yearly. Other assigned by Director’s and Managing director.

Daily operation, Analyze & report the data of expenditure and Income Daily, Weekly and monthly reports Strong experience in accounts receivable and Payable, Cashbook Entry Coordination and Collaboration with related department Overall Manage in Stock Entry, Cash flow, and Financial Statement Be able to concentrate for long periods of time, handle pressure with a high sense of confidentiality Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Can manage over Stock Issues and Entry Understanding of all basic accounting functions. Maintain, manage, and record day-to-day transactions and other duties assigned by Management. Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Accountant.
