Proactive and increase Part & Service sale activities Provide excellent recommended P&S activities together with quotation, and follow up proactively Support and provide technical information and P&S activities to customer, by cooperating with Technical support team and Part coordinator Maintain excellent relationship to active customers, and find inactive customers for P&S opportunities Support to monitor, manage and supervise parts inventory for P&S activities of respective branch office, under supervision of SPSSR Follow up and collection P&S sale credit, and minimize overdue volume Collect P&S market information, and report to SPSSR Support SPSSR proactively, to increase sales and maximize efficiency Report branch monthly P&S lost sales report to SPSSR, indicating actual reasons such as price, availability, payment term etc… Support SPSSR to provide customer needs & wants in a timely and effective manner, to ensure none of customer’s complaints should be remained as unresolved Visit customer’s job-site together with Service team and PSSR team, and report effective Customer Visits Report to SPSSR Procurement & Logistic to achieve P&S sale performance, under supervision of SPSSRreport and assist SPSSR whatever necessary
Prepare Technical Training Schedule annually, and conduct according to schedule. Conduct correct Operation and Maintenance training of the related product to customer. Support updated technical information to Service Team and Customer by coordinating with Product Suppliers. Monitor and evaluate skill of each Service Crew quarter basic per year. Prepare Service skill, Technical skill and Soft skill development plan annually. Coordinate and report Training Report complying guide-line of Product Manufacturer and Supplier. To assist Service Operation Manager for any aspect related to updated technical information whenever necessary. To assist and report Service Operation Manager and Product Support Senior Manager.
