Analyze, Idealize & Execute overall management of Traditional Marketing, Advertising, Activities, Public Relation, Exhibition, Events along the team members. Oversee and manage Digital Marketing trends & activities – Facebook, Viber & You Tube, etc. Overview on performance of branding & marketing of all business channels like Steel & Furniture, Steel Trading, Logistics & Metal Trading (branding awareness, positioning in market, etc.) to meet business goals. Co-operate along with Research & Development team to increase/ alternate all possibilities of market entry & products awareness in market. Supporting on marketing related activities & idea inputs on Product Development (Existing and New Products) to meet along or beyond market and trends. Market Channels Development (Existing and New Market Channels) of all business units. Managing Marketing Budget of all business units. Report to Sr Manager, Director and Executive Director.
To report & propose for ordering stocks if some stocks is shortage or less quantity in stock. To prepare stocks ordering from time to time upon customer request and Inquiry. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirement and concerns. To achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Perform other related duties as required.
Assist in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures. Help ensure compliance with safety regulations (ISO 45001, OSHA, Myanmar OSH Law). Conduct safety induction and tool box meeting. Assist to the effective training plan, organize and deliver the training/ meeting session. Raise awareness on workplace hazards, conduct on site short briefing. Monitoring workplace to able identify risk, assess and control this risk. Conduct regular plant inspection and safety patrol/ walk throughs. Report safety findings and issues at workplace on time. Safety related records able to control document for ISO standard. Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance. Able to work the assigned tasks and other duties from first management instructions.
