To report & propose for ordering stocks if some stocks is shortage or less quantity in stock. To prepare stocks ordering from time to time upon customer request and Inquiry. Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sectors in Myanmar’s steel trading industry Perform GAP analysis on current product offerings versus market demand. Utilize statistical tools to forecast sales trends and inventory requirements. Identify and vet potential local and international partners, suppliers, and distributors. Develop comprehensive business cases for new ventures, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and ROI projections. Negotiate high-value contracts and oversee the onboarding of new accounts. Analyze internal sales and supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest automated or streamlined solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications for our internal systems (ERP/CRM). Create and maintain dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
