Discuss the monthly demand quantity with relevant departments. Find sources of material supply, develop new suppliers and new products. Inquire, negotiate, estimate and compare prices, negotiate prices, payment methods, delivery dates, etc. with suppliers. Notification to relevant departments for new purchased goods Follow up purchase cargo, delivery times, and ensuring that they arrive at the appointed time and date and checking the good receipt Assist in import license applying and shipping documents. Assist in preparing Import shipping documents Handling of claim and follow up quality issue Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including supplier information, purchase orders, good receipt, machine specification and related documentation. Performs other related duties as required and report directly to the direct manager (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)

Scaling Operations: Design and implement scalable processes to grow the fleet size in alignment with Myanmar’s market demand. Risk Management & Compliance Security & Continuity: Develop contingency plans for navigating Myanmar’s evolving road security landscape to ensure cargo and driver safety. Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level regulatory compliance, weight-station negotiations, and transport permits Organizational Leadership Culture Building: Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism across the driver pool and office staff. Talent Pipeline: Oversight of the training academy for heavy-truck drivers to ensure a steady supply of qualified operators for 40' vehicles. Business Expansion & Strategic Growth Lead the expansion of our logistics footprint by negotiating high-value service contracts and aligning fleet deployment with regional infrastructure developments and emerging trade corridors.
