Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and vendors. Source a new product portfolio according to the schedule, considering profit and loss. Oversee daily administrative functions across head offices and all locations for the three business. • Develop and implement standardized administrative policies and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards across all sites. • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Automobile Trading Sales team, including assistance with sales documentation and ensuring seamless handover for vehicle registration processes. • Manage the new car inventory process for the Automobile Trading unit, including daily physical stock checks, coordinating inbound/outbound vehicle logistics, and overseeing efficient lot organization. • Manage operational budgets for administrative supplies, vendor services, and facility maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Manage company assets, including non-revenue fleet vehicles and office equipment, overseeing their regular maintenance and replacement planning. • Ensure efficient flow and inventory control of administrative materials required for public-facing operations and back-office support. • Ensure all facilities and administrative activities comply with local regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, Car licensing, and business licensing. • Oversee the central administrative filing and document management system, ensuring accurate and accessible record-keeping for all operations.
Job Description Develop, implement, and manage a unified Learning and Development (L&D) strategy that addresses the diverse needs of the three business units. Design and execute performance management systems (PMS) and conduct training to ensure fair, effective, and consistent employee evaluations. Lead talent identification, mapping, and succession planning efforts to build a robust leadership pipeline for all three sectors. Manage the HR Development budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for training programs, materials, and technology. Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors and partners, ensuring high quality and relevance. Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of development programs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure all employee development activities adhere to industry best practices and legal standards.
