The accountant is responsible for supporting the Chief Accountant and the finance team in maintaining accurate accounting records, monitoring financial transactions, preparing reports, and coordinating financial matters related to the company’s distributors. The role ensures proper accounting controls, compliance, reconciliation, and timely financial reporting to the Chief Accountant / General Manager. 1. Financial & Accounting Support Assist the Chief Accountant in daily accounting and finance operations. Record and maintain cash book transactions accurately and in time. Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents. 2. Distributor Financial Coordination Monitor sales, receivables, claims, and payments related to distribution companies. Reconcile distributor statements, invoices, sales reports, and stock-related financial records. Verify trade promotion expenses, rebates, incentives, and claims submitted by distributors. Support tracking of distributor outstanding balances and payment collections. 3. Reporting & Reconciliation Assist in account reconciliations, including bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and distributor accounts. Maintain financial data accuracy and supporting documentation. Control inventory-related financial analysis. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper filing of accounting and finance documents. Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements. Ensure accounting records comply with accounting standards and internal policies. Assist in preparing required documents for internal audits. 5. Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with marketing team and operations teams regarding financial matters.
A Brand Executive is responsible for implementing the assigned brand strategies through day-to-day execution. Under the guidance of the Brand Supervisor, Marketing Manager, and General Manager, the Brand Executive is required to carry out campaigns, activations, and product launches within the designated timeline. The role is also responsible for maintaining execution quality and brand consistency in the market. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution (Core Role) To execute ATL/BTL and digital campaigns effectively. To coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of artworks, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and contents. To lead and manage promotions, sampling activities, roadshows, events, B2B activities, wet market activities, and in-store activities. Product & Launch Support To support the introduction and launch of new products or new variants. To prepare launch materials such as POSM, leaflets, and social media contents in advance. To ensure all launch activities are completed according to the designated launch timeline while maintaining high execution quality. Trade Marketing & Retail Execution To monitor and check brand visibility in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) outlets. To follow up on the distribution and effective utilization of POSM materials at retail outlets. To conduct field visits and market visits, identify market challenges, and report findings accordingly. To submit reports only in the designated report format. Cross-Functional Coordination To coordinate with the Sales Team and Distributors to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities. To collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper task alignment and smooth workflow execution. Reporting & Administration To prepare and submit monthly campaign reports on time. To monitor market activities and competitors’ promotional activities and report findings accordingly. To systematically record and maintain campaign expenses and POSM usage records. Check the TMA Claims (Debit Notes) To review TMA Claims (Debit Notes) submitted by distributors by cross-checking them against approved promotion schemes. In case of any discrepancies, to coordinate with the Brand Manager and distributor to rectify and resolve the issues. To submit verified and correct TMA Claims (Debit Notes) to the Chief Accountant for further review and approval.
