Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Prepare and publish the monthly Internal Newsletter, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging HR-related updates. Develop and deliver communication materials for engagement activities, campaigns, and company announcements. Assist in conducting employee exit interviews and submit insights and reports to the Unit Lead in a timely manner. Create engaging visual content (e.g., posters, videos, digital materials) using Canva or similar design tools. Support employer branding efforts by creating content for social media and internal platforms. Coordinate with external vendors for engagement events, materials, and employee welfare services. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data summaries as required by the Unit Lead.
Recruit, train, and develop new agency leaders and agents to expand the distribution network. Monitor agency sales performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity. Ensure agency leaders and agents achieve their individual and team business targets. Maintain strong relationships with agency force, providing support and guidance to sustain long-term growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and insurance regulatory requirements. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, recruitment progress, and agency activities. Collaborate with internal departments (Training, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to support agency needs.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage insurance policy agreements, partnership agreements, and other business-related contracts. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with directives, laws, and regulations issued by the Insurance Business Regulatory Board (IBRB) and other relevant government authorities. Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the company on legal and regulatory matters. Litigation & Claims: Handle insurance claim disputes, legal cases, and other litigation-related matters involving the company. Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance functions, including company registration, license renewals, and general secretarial responsibilities.

Identify, target, and develop business opportunities with corporate clients and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate insurance products (e.g., Group Life, Health, Property, Fire, Marine, etc.). Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to pitch solutions and services. Work closely with underwriting, operations, and claims departments to develop client-centric solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks. Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
