Perform and conduct in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Overview and supervise the Quality Audit programs as per Internal Quality Audit Plan. Plan and supervise the quality audit process for all departments and formulate the quality assurance checklist. Supervise and coordinate in preparation of Operation Procedure Manual with respective departments. Conduct the Quality Assurance awareness programs and trainings. Monitor operational workflow and establish guidelines to operate efficiently. Deliver the Management directives to operational level for organization development. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
