Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Overseeing the creation and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing materials to increase brand visibility and attract customers. Developing and managing online marketing initiatives, developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms, and producing marketing collaterals. Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent messaging. Identifying and evaluating potential event opportunities and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Monitoring and analyzing marketing and communication efforts to measure their effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Analyze and assist to determine software requirements and feasibility. Monitor and report the performance of the in-house development and related services. Develop in-house applications and customized SQL queries. Detect and assist with in-house application test plan. Knowledge of developing software solutions at the enterprise level Collaborate with internal IT teams and outsource teams to fix and improve products. Good domain knowledge is preferable. Promote insurance products to the market Reach out to Corporate and Retails customers of existing and cross-sell, up-sell opportunities. Develop strategic alliance with 3rd party partners and agents to achieve sales targets. Liaise with business partners to drive and facilitate promotion of insurance products. Plan advertising budgets and appropriate advertising channels for insurance products. Monitor, track and report performance of the business unit. Appraise staff and provide training and guidance to staff.
