As the RAN Engineer, you are responsible for engineering and implementing solutions to ensure that the LTE network and its related systems continue to operate. Should have experience in radio network design, plan, integrate, and operate LTE networks Should have strong knowledge in radio access eqipment troubleshooting, maintaining, Technical support for the 4G radio products Independently provide Level 2 technical support of radio equipment to Carrier and Enterprise customers Provide support for LTE networks, small cells, other projects, and understand LTE protocols / interfaces. To create and execute radio access network test cases To organize the field / remote trials for the new network Support and guidance for the operation and maintenance of network elements for customers Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints Operational and maintenance management of the network Must have solid experience as RAN backoffice engineer or radio & planning
