Baicells Myanmar is interested in hiring a radio network engineer. As the RAN Engineer, you are responsible for engineering and implementing solutions to ensure that the LTE network and its related systems continue to operate.

• Should have experience in radio network design, plan, integrate, and operate LTE networks
• Should have strong knowledge in radio access eqipment troubleshooting, maintaining, 
• Technical support for the 4G radio products
• Independently provide Level 2 technical support of radio equipment to Carrier and Enterprise customers
• Provide support for LTE networks, small cells, other projects, and understand LTE  protocols / interfaces.
• To create and execute radio access network test cases
• To organize the field / remote trials for the new network
• Support and guidance for the operation and maintenance of network elements for customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
• Operational and maintenance management of the network
• Must have solid experience as RAN backoffice engineer or radio & planning

Qualifications

•     University degree: Electronics , Telecommunications and Information Technology.
•     Very good knowledge of the telecomm  network principles for 3G/LTE technologies. (LTE network structure, function of RAN elements like eNB/eUTRAN);
•     An understanding of core parts functions such as SGSN, GGSN, and MME is advantageous;
•     Good knowledge of IP networking. 
•     Linux literacy. 
•     Team working  oriented.
•     English  (spoken and written).is mandatory
