Recruitment & Onboarding • Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts. • Support the induction and orientation process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Communication • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues. • Support in building a healthy work culture, resolving conflicts, and improving staff morale. • Organize team-building activities and internal communication updates. 3. HR Operations & Documentation • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, performance files, etc.). • Prepare HR reports and assist in payroll coordination with the finance team. • Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently across all branches. 4. Performance & Compliance • Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluations. • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and internal HR procedures. • Support audits, documentation, and renewals of employee-related legal requirements. 5. Training & Development • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions or workshops. • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of employee development programs.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of ledgers. Support preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Collaborate with outlet managers to collect financial data and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain confidentiality of all financial information. Other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the management.
