You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing schedules, coordinating with suppliers, recruiting new therapists and staff, implementing HR processes, and executing marketing and promotional strategies.. Branch & Operations Management Supervise and guide Assistant Managers at each branch. Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service quality, and excellent customer experience. Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and compliance. Ensure brand standards and company policies are consistently followed. HR Management Lead the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff retention. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and training manuals for staff.
