Recruitment & Onboarding • Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts. • Support the induction and orientation process for new employees.

Employee Relations & Communication • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues. • Support in building a healthy work culture, resolving conflicts, and improving staff morale. • Organize team-building activities and internal communication updates. 3. We are seeking a creative and dedicated Content Creator to manage and grow our digital presence across TikTok and Facebook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, trend-aligned content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. • Create daily content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) for 2 TikTok pages and 2 Facebook pages. • Develop TikTok content in line with current trends, challenges, and viral formats. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content calendars and present them to the Marketing Head. • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and promotes hair treatment and wellness services. • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, with a strong understanding of camera angles, lighting, and composition. • Brainstorm creative campaigns to boost engagement and sales targets.
