Key Responsibilities (JR)
Customer & Front Desk Duties
• Greet all customers politely and professionally upon arrival
• Handle walk-in customers and assist them with basic enquiries
• Manage customer check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure the reception area is always clean, tidy, and presentable
Appointment & Coordination
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and messages related to appointments
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments accurately
• Coordinate with therapists and outlet staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Inform customers of waiting times, promotions, and service details
Sales & Support
• Assist in explaining treatments, packages, and products when required
• Support the team in converting enquiries into bookings
• Handle basic billing, receipts, and payment coordination (if assigned)
Administrative Support
• Maintain daily appointment records and customer data
• Assist with basic reports, filing, and front-office documentation
• Report customer feedback, complaints, or issues to the supervisor or manager
Brand & Professional Standards
• Uphold Bee Choo Origin Myanmar’s service standards and brand image
• Maintain professional appearance, behavior, and communication at all times
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace rules
