Self-generate sales leads through direct outreach, referrals, consultants, and networking. Convert self-generated and assigned leads into signed contracts. Coordinate with Marketing on campaign focus and lead feedback (no staff management). Maintain sales pipeline, pricing discipline, and customer relationships Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Finance departments. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and processes.
