Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings Develop drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 (or similar tools) Coordinate with consultants (Structural, M&E, QS) to ensure design integration and compliance. Assist with site coordination and design revisions as required Ensure designs comply with project requirements and company standards
Manage end-to-end HR operations for multi-company organization Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee relations Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, JD & KPI systems Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and ISO 9001:2015 requirements Oversee training, staff development, and disciplinary processes Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and staff files Coordinate payroll and support ERP (Odoo HR) implementation (or) lead HR Software implementation Act as HR advisor to Management and Department Heads
