✅Key Responsibilities • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery • Develop creative interior concepts and space planning solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects • Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders • Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and tendering • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project phases • Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and construction • Mentor and guide junior designers within the team
➡️Prepare final Bill of Quantity(B.Q), construction budget and preliminary schedules for all trades & across all projects ➡️Manage to team member the Quotations on time to win new tenders or new projects ➡️Provide clarification on tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other docs ➡️Arrange the budget control, scope of work and manage to purchasing issue. ➡️Liaise with the Head of Construction and other construction professionals, such as project managers and other related department ➡️Arrange for billing, interim payment certificates of the contractor, change orders and evaluate any cost overruns occurring in the project ➡️Analyzing information, developing budgets, vendor relationships, reporting skills, Estimating, Documentation skills and Quality focus.
-Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5. -Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages. -Prepare and review construction drawings and details to meet design standards and local codes. -Assist in design presentations, material selections, and design documentation. -Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues on site. -Support project design development and contribute creative solutions during the design process.
