Monitor stock movements, and analyze sales figures and purchasing behavior to accurately forecast future sales and thus stock requirements. Manage and communicate a weekly sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through process to maximize the effectiveness of merchandising decision-making. Determine the right pricing strategies for retail and wholesale to meet targeted profits. Managing weekly size, range, and assortment analysis for repeats and new season collections. Manage and develop a rolling 12-month product launching, e-commerce, and digital marketing plan. Analyze merchandising reports and shipment analysis to review business results and develop appropriate strategies. Build an in-depth understanding of the insight of targeted customers. Perform sales, profit, and gap analysis to support buying decision-making and optimal utilization of space. Ensure a professional service cycle from order to delivery to payment collection by coordinating with Suppliers, the Logistics Department, and the the Finance Department. Review sales, space, stock, profit performance, and trends to maximize sales and margin. Lead and manage Merchandising, Sales, and Retail Teams to meet their KPIs.
