Assist in developing and managing new product lines or brand extensions. Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with retailers and local distributors in tier B & C cities Conduct regular market visits to assess store performance, merchandising quality, and sales volume Support sales and marketing execution at retail and wholesale levels Manage order fulfillment, inventory movement, and logistics coordination for B2B customers Improve operational workflows for speed, accuracy, and partner satisfaction Provide coaching, clear KPIs, and development support to team members Ensure operational excellence across assigned territories Track KPIs including outlet coverage, stock rotation, fulfillment rates, collection, and partner performance Analyze market trends and propose territory-level improvements Report risks, insights, and opportunities to senior management
