We established our Blazon (Department Store) in 2000 and now we are opening our stores at City Mall (St.john) , Myanmar Plaza ,Junction City , Junction Mawtin, Junction Square, Gamone Pwint shopping malls, Sein Gay Har and more. Some of our brands are wholesaling to wholesale partners across Myanmar as Hpan ,Maubin , Pathain, Myawaddy, Taung Gyi, Myeik ,Magway , Shwe Bo ,etc. We are also launch our business in Cambodia and Indonesia though with e-commerce and outlet stores.

Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to shape product strategies. Collaborating with the E-commerce team for sales planning and daily operations. Assessing and interpreting E-commerce sales trends, providing actionable reports. Evaluating product sales performance and expanding into new markets. Aligning brand strategies with Channel Sales Strategy and meeting monthly targets. Coordinating with Digital Marketing and Merchandising for efficient operations. Monitoring stock, fragmentation, and returns while improving customer experience. Managing product uploads, category development, maintenance, and promotions.

Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor. .Check the products before the opening and closing of the store/ Conduct & Monitor day to day stock in Out process Encode the delivered or ordered materials or products .Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints. .Communicate with the Brand manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matters. Organize and distribute staff schedules. Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets. Manage different departments within the store.
Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, performance, training, and compensation. Be a trusted advisor to employees and leadership teams. Develop HR strategies that align with our business goals. Champion Employee Relations : resolve workplace conflicts, support fair treatment, and ensure legal compliance. Monitor and improve workplace engagement, culture, and team performance.
