We established our Blazon (Department Store) in 2000 and now we are opening our stores at City Mall (St.john) , Myanmar Plaza ,Junction City , Junction Mawtin, Junction Square, Gamone Pwint shopping malls, Sein Gay Har and more. Some of our brands are wholesaling to wholesale partners across Myanmar as Hpan ,Maubin , Pathain, Myawaddy, Taung Gyi, Myeik ,Magway , Shwe Bo ,etc. We are also launch our business in Cambodia and Indonesia though with e-commerce and outlet stores.

Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets. Achieving distribution rights and business deals from overseas parties. Building and getting biz plan opportunities for in-house business opportunities. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole. Developing and executing business strategies for business development. Prepare and present internal audit reports regularly to the Board of Directors. Conduct on-site stock checks for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve audit-related issues. Plan, organize, and execute the internal audit function, including the development of audit plans. Delegate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors. Monitor and oversee the entire auditing process from initiation to completion. Ensure the accuracy of data and figures throughout the auditing process. Ensure timely completion of all audit tasks. Provide audit opinions on findings and discuss them with the Board of Directors. Perform effective risk and control assessments. Analyze guidelines and standards to maintain consistency in internal audit activities. Identify and analyze major risks associated with financial transactions and statistics. Execute day-to-day operational audit tasks and contribute to audit delivery, including risk assessment profiles and business monitoring.
Identify and build strong relationships with partners to expand the reach of our offerings. Provide leadership and effective management. Present data insights and use data visualization techniques. Contribute to our team's focus on local markets and expanding services into new areas. Report and communicate KPIs to senior management.
Assist in designing and implementing overall recruitment and selection strategies. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Manage onboarding and new hiring process to become fully integrated. Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Develop relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and assist in performing the overseas recruitment process. Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide weekly /monthly analytical reports to make better hiring decisions.
