Creative Editing (50%) Develop compelling sportainment content, including promos, highlights, and storytelling formats. Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content with quick turnaround. Create engaging graphics and basic animations to enhance visual impact. This role will focus on performance marketing, digital campaign management, social media growth, content amplification, data-driven optimization, and online customer journey improvement for the Pay-Tv business. Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the Pay‑TV business objectives. Deep understand the myanmar digital landscape and to initiate the effective digital marketing campaigns and optimization of digital campaigns with a view towards driving new subscriptions. Lead details analyses of digital marketing campaigns performance/effectiveness, analyze and evaluate the results including segmentation, creative targeting and develop upcoming effective campaigns based on market trends Monitor key metrics for all campaigns and optimize spend toward revenue and subscriber targets and coordinate landing page optimization and conversion funnels with Product/Tech teams. Systems, Projects & Collaboration Support and maintain the accounting configuration of the Subscriber Management System and SAP to align with business and financial reporting requirements.
