Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Management of a team of sales reps from Agency
- Daily briefing and weekly meetings
- Follow-up of individual performances/achievements and coaching
- Schedule/planning management with previous experience
Daily follow-up of the KPIs
- Daily analysis of the staff performance/KPI and report to the ODM
- Suggest corresponding business actions and sales activations/events
Convey and spread the company commercial strategy/policy
- Set-up and follow-up of sales activations to boost MDY Region performance
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied
- Ensure the sales speech/standards are mastered and applied
Operational management
- Ensure processes are understood and applied (finance, logistics…)
- Event planning and execution for sales campaigns.
- Manage inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary
- Customer relationship management and complaint handling.
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Travel extensively within Mandalay Region and nearby townships due to business need.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outdoor sales, direct sales, or field marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong knowldge of door-to-door (D2D) sales, street marketing, event activations, mobile and sales, and customer acquistion
Good understanding of Mandalay market, customer behavior, and sales territories
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
English skills appreciated
