Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the vehicle modification & assembled, or finished of modified vehicle. Perform review of Device History Records for release of finished goods. Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements. Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards. Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.

Supervises subordinate personnel including: determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance by reviewing staff every 3, 6 month or as directed also hold regularly scheduled staff meeting and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. Develops or modifies rules, policies, or standards, etc. To manage warehouse operations of receiving, stock control, staging and supply to Production line. To manage production handling ensure assembly line smooth flow. Conducts regular and/or sport check inventories of merchandise, supplies, or equipment. Maintains accurate records as required. Plans and establishes short and long range warehousing layout and storage space plans. Initiates maintenance, ensure proper storage and disposition, etc. Develops and analyzes management reports to ensure effectiveness of this operation.
Un-load / unpack Parts Checking Material are correct as per packing list / invoice Checking Package condition before & after unload from container Follow inventory control procedures and participate in part and packaging materials inventory counts. Priority work orders, correctly and on time supply part to production
Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF16949/ISO9001) Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements Manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators
Strong product knowledge of heavy machinery and tractor markets in Myanmar. Sound understanding on hire purchase schemes with local banks and love to deal with the customers from rural area. Plan montly sales targets and leading the sales team to get sales deals Willing to learn new products from agricultural sectors and service oriented mindset to promote machinization in Myanmar. Supporting the team to their daily sales activities and follow up with customers. Reviewing and analysing of existing sales pattens and update as necessary. Meeting with government bodies from relevant authorities to introduce the service and products.
