Plan and coordinate material requirements to support daily production. Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely material supply. Update production quantities, delivery plans, and stock records in the ERP system. Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase documents and quantities. Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain accurate inventory records. Control inventory movement, bin locations, and material issuance using the Kerridge ERP System. Conduct daily inventory checks and support perpetual inventory (PPI) activities. Coordinate vehicle delivery processes and ensure finished goods inventory accuracy. Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft and Power BI. Assist with COA inspections, document control, and cross-functional operational projects. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and vehicle yard reports for management.
