  • Manage nationwide workshop and field service operations.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop Service Technician teams.
  • Oversee technical troubleshooting, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate warranty claims, spare parts availability, and technical support.
  • Monitor service performance, revenue targets, and operational costs.
  • Minimize machinery downtime and ensure timely service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or After-Sales Service.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Service Manager / Assistant Manager position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, especially 4-wheel tractors.
  • Proficient in technical diagnostics, DMS, and online service portals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide and hold a valid driving license
