• Design and update comprehensive training modules, facilitator guides, and presentation materials for internal programs. • Ensure all training content adheres to company policies, regulatory mandates, and current insurance industry standards. • Conduct workshops on essential interpersonal skills, including leadership, ethics, communication, and customer service. • Deliver specialized insurance technical training to both internal employees and external insurance agents. • Lead orientation sessions for new hires and entry-level staff to ensure a smooth transition into the company. • Develop study materials and lead preparatory sessions for Insurance Institute of India (III) exams and licensing. • Oversee the end-to-end administration of exam registrations, candidate documentation, and certification records. • Conduct mock exams, review candidate progress, and generate reports on exam readiness and final results. • Travel to various branch locations to deliver consistent, high-quality training programs across all regions. • Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, schedules, assessment scores, and certification issuance. • Manage the practical side of training, including venue arrangements, material distribution, and session scheduling. • Assist senior trainers in large-scale programs and execute special assignments as directed by the Department Head
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales team. • Set and track sales targets for individuals and the team. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase policy sales. • Assist team members in closing complex deals or handling difficult client queries. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products, underwriting rules, and market trends. • Promote a positive and customer-focused sales culture
Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDK. Integrate mobile applications with back-end services through RESTful APIs. Design and implement user interfaces following Android UI/UX best practices and design principles. Work with local data storage solutions such as Room Database. Implement and manage push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues. Manage application deployment on Google Play Store and handle the full app lifecycle.
