- Conduct training sessions for respective chapters of agent training and make sure to improve the exam pass rate. - Research and analyze existing training material and makes recommendations for improvements by collecting feedback from trainees. - Review the question bank and update questions as necessary to improve the effectiveness. - Support in filing the necessary documents regarding agent training. - Provide guidance to team member to perform ad hoc tasks as required within the department.
・Develop a strategic plan for the agency network and align it with goals. ・Develop strategies to find new agencies and strengthen the existing agency network. ・Guides the negotiation and selection process with potential agencies and negotiates contracts. ・Ensure agency agreements are created and maintained to ensure legal compliance. ・Develops agency training programs and assists in the education of new agents. ・Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the agency and address problem resolution. ・Develops budgets for agency activities and manages budgets to achieve goals. ・Evaluate and adjust as necessary based on agency performance and KPIs. ・Monitor agency market trends and competitor activity and consider appropriate countermeasures. ・Provide strategic recommendations to respond to market changes. ・Ensure ongoing communication with agents to build and maintain relationships of trust. ・Identify agency needs and feedback and communicate them appropriately within the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to integrate brand into marketing campaigns. (online and offline) - Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze data for strategic insights.-Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer relationship. - Enhance service planning procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. - Prepare and present regular departmental performance reports to senior management - Achieve monthly sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers. - Participate in the selection training and development of team members fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Responsible for performing all necessary actions for the provision of Services to achieve optimal results in maintaining the growth of bancassurance market including MFIs to generate the best outcome that aligns with the interest of the Company Responsible for achieving optimal outcomes in the growth bancassurance market including MFIs for the Company Responsible for regularly assessing agent performance and, as necessary, providing skills development training to ensure the best results in the sales of the Company’s life insurance products in the market Providing weekly reports and monthly reports containing the progress and professional advice to enhance the market share of banks and MFIs working for the Company and develop strategies to build growth in the life insurance market Responsible for performing other tasks promptly related to agency channels of banks and MFIs of the company in line with the Company’s instructions Skills & Abilities Planning alliance strategies aligned with the organization’s goals Expansion the corporate agency network by negotiation with Bank and MFIs Support Education and give training to the employee of corporate agent Being tactful in approaching prospects Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and management competency
