Preparing and monitoring daily budgets and financial transactions. Managing cash flow, payments to suppliers, and bank deposits. Manage and reconcile all banking transactions across multiple banks covering premium, claim, and expense transactions. Monitor and manage payments through banks and digital channels, including automatic payments, ensuring proper authorization and documentation. Assist in developing and implementing new investment plans to support the company's financial growth and sustainability. Assist in managing Banking and other banking operations, including the purchase and redemption of fixed deposits and related investment transactions. Assist in arranging payments through bank and digital payment channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing. Collaborate with internal auditors, business process teams, branch offices, and external auditors to support audit processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Ensuring all financial processes follow company and legal standards.
Ensure that all policies are correctly processed and compliant with company and industry standards. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure the accuracy of policy terms and conditions. Ensure timely and fair resolution of claims, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards. Communicate with clients regarding the status of their claims, providing clear updates and resolving any inquire they may have. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and proactive communication. Handle customer complaints and ensure that client concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities by supporting client prospecting efforts. Provide guidance and recommendations to potential clients based on their insurance needs. Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition. Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, collaborate with Insurer to get efficiency results on time.
