Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. Prepare tour itinerary commentaries. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails Maintain and organize office files and records. Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Monitor and report on operational performance and suggest improvements. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary. Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees. Assist in planning and executing company projects and events. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
