Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Management Supervise and support Procurement Supervisor. Provide team training, memtorship, and clear operational guidelines. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. 2. Strategic Procurement Planning Develop monthly and quarterly procurement plans based on operation needs and consumption trends. Forecast supply requirements for all business needs. 3. Supplier & Vendor Management Source and evaluate new suppliers (local and overseas), focusing on cost, quality and reliability. Negotiate terms (Pricing, Lead times, payment and delivery process) to meet business targets. Manage ongoing vendor relationships and performance reviews. 4.Purchasing Operations (Local & Overseas) Coordinate local and international procurement including pricing, availability, expiry cheecks and delivery timelines. Manage oversea communication for packing, invoicing and shipping ducumentation. Oversea and validate deliveries, expecially for JC and central operations. 5. Procurement Systems & Documentation Manage Procurement workflows Verify andprocess payment documents including POs and summit claims to Finance

Issue Staff Uniform, Staff identity cards for permanent staffs 9. Update the staff personal file for monthly 10. Maintain documents filing system and handle confidential documents properly.

Prepare final at work for production and liaise with printing vendors as needed.
