  • Handle recruitment process including job postings, CV Screening, Interview Schedule and onboarding.
  • Preparing Employment Contract and HR related documents.
  • Record staffs attendance, leave and prepar monthly report
  • Support payroll process.
  • Mantain and update employee reocrds (Both digital and physical)
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and training arrangement
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures and assist in preparing report, documents.
  • Issue Staff Uniform, Staff identity cards for permanent staffs
  • Update the staff personal file for monthly
  • Maintain documents filing system and handle confidential documents properly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years experience
  • knowledge of Myanmar Labour Laws
  • Proficient in microsoft Office
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
