Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QS Engineer (or) Site QS Engineer to join Comet Design and Decoration in Yangon. This role supports interior design and decoration projects by managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tender support, and contract-related documents to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ and cost estimates for projects. Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities. Prepare material quantity calculations and cost breakdowns. Monitor project quantities, material usage and costs. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers. Prepare quotations, variation orders and QS-related documents. Assist in project cost control and monitor project progress. Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
