Job Summary
We are seeking a QS Manager to lead cost control, estimation, contracts, and commercial support for construction projects in Yangon. The role will oversee budgets, tendering, valuation, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead quantity surveying activities across projects, including estimates, BOQ, and cost planning.
● Prepare tender documents, pricing submissions, variation orders, and subcontractor comparisons.
● Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost performance to support management decisions.
● Review contracts, claims, payments, and final accounts to protect commercial interests.
● Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams on cost and progress matters.
● Track material usage, measurements, and site valuations to ensure accurate reporting.
● Identify risks, cost impacts, and savings opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
● Maintain clear commercial records, reports, and documentation for internal and client review.

● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, including managerial exposure.
● Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and final accounts.
● Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost control, and commercial reporting.
● Experience in tendering, subcontractor evaluation, variations, and claims handling.
● Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site operations.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other quantity surveying or project control tools.
● Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to work in Yangon and coordinate effectively with multiple project stakeholders.
● Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
