Planning and implementing media relation strategies. Promoting and maintaining the public’s perception of our brand through media coverage. Advertise our company and products / services on various media. Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness. Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of PR campaign. Producing and Presenting reports on all public relation activities and KPI. Speaking on behalf of the company at interview & press conferences. Laising and building relationship with client and media companies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers. Identify new business opportunities and markets for Live Life's door products. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to develop customized solutions for customers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects. Provide accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and technical documentation to customers. Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote Live Life's products and services. Achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by management.

Develop and execute communication strategics, and events. Manage and assist in rolling out new campaign /partnership project over multiple channels. Maintain the customer relationship and plan, execute, and coordinate marketing plan Copromotion, events, external collaboration. Collect Data on consumers, competitors, marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presents to the management team. Provide competitive analysis on various companies, market offerings, identify market trends, pricing, business models, sales and method of operation.
Prepare and check consolidated financial report and financial analysis report. Review AR/AP weekly report and follow up. Review and check fixed assets and inventory control Review all accounting transactions are compliance with accounting standards. Handle internal control and amend policy, procedure (if any). Discuss with external audit film as needed. Prepare Tax filing and corporate Tax.
