•    Manage daily sales and marketing operations, including branding activities, sales growth initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
•    Lead, supervise, and monitor Sales & Marketing team performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved.
•    Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans.
•    Conduct market research and analysis, providing insights and sales forecasts for management decision-making.
•    Monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing activities within the region.
•    Identify new marketing opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements to support business growth.
•    Develop and expand distribution channels by identifying and managing suitable distribution partners.
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential deals.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
•    Promote company products and services to meet client needs and foster long-term customer relationships.
•    Plan and execute sales and marketing programs for existing and new customers in collaboration with the PR team.
•    Provide sales training and coaching to branch staff when required.
