Oversee building maintenance (Civil, M&E & general issues) Manage construction, renovation & repair works Supervise maintenance of machines, trolleys & equipment Handle hostel management & accommodation arrangements Monitor generator maintenance & fuel consumption control Lead cleaning service operations & cleaning material control Manage to all purchasing process Manage to seasonal event, staff party, donation event, trip plan and other events etc… Manage office supplies & inventory control Arrange travel, hotel & accommodation bookings Supervise utility billing services (electricity, internet, etc.) Ensure security management & site safety coordination Maintain document control & filing systems Coordinate government license renewals & compliance matters HACCP certificate process implementation and control To carry out the above tasks in accordance with the instruction of HOD To perform other tasks according to the instructions of HOD & BODs
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and growth objectives Manage and expand distribution network (distributors, wholesalers, retailers) Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans Lead, train, and supervise sales team (Sales Representatives, Supervisor) Build strong relationships with key customers and partners Plan and execute promotions, trade activities, and campaigns Analyze competitor activities and market trends Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control
• Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, packaging, digital banners, signage, trade show displays, presentations, and print ads. • Develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms. • Create layouts and mockups for packaging and product labeling in accordance with regulatory and brand guidelines. • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to design materials that support product launches, promotions, and events. #Technical Skills • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Required to have comprehensive knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro). • Familiarity with photography, video shooting, and lighting setups. • Understanding of print production processes, file formats, and color management. • Knowledge of web/digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
Daily Inventory Transactions (နေ့စဉ် စာရင်းအဝင်အထွက်များ) များအား စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးမှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။ Raw Materials, Packaging, WIP များ၏ Daily stock အား သတ်မှတ် Excel/Software တွင် မှန်ကန်စွာ ထည့်သွင်းပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။ GRN, Issue, Return, Adjustment အစရှိသည်များအား စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးမှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။ Warehouse stock & System stock အား Daily/Weekly/Monthly စစ်ဆေးတင်ပြခြင်း။ Production yield loss, wastage, overconsumption များအား Analytical report ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။ Raw Materials & Packaging Materials များအား cost update စစ်ဆေးပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။ Stock daily check လုပ် နိုင်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ manager ကို နေ့စဥ် report ပေးနိုင်ရမည် assistant level များကိုလည်း သေချာ management လုပ်နိုင်ရမည် ။
Responsibilities 1. Executive Calendar Management Manage and maintain the BOD’s calendar and appointment schedule Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure proper scheduling priorities Provide reminders and ensure timely preparation for meetings 2. Meeting Coordination Prepare meeting agendas and collect required materials from departments Record meeting minutes and summarize key decisions and action items Maintain proper documentation of meeting records 3. Task Follow-up & Coordination Track action items assigned by the Director Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain task trackers and provide updates when required 4. Communication Support Draft emails, letters, and internal memos on behalf of the Director Coordinate communication between the BOD office and internal departments Assist in responding to external inquiries when required 5. Documentation & Filing Maintain organized records of reports, presentations, and executive documents Ensure confidential information and documents are properly managed Maintain digital and physical filing systems for executive office records 6. Report & Presentation Support Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials Compile information from different departments for executive review Ensure documents are properly formatted and ready for presentation 7. Administrative Support Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
Research & identify potential suppliers for required products & services. Monitor inventory levels & ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages. Ensure accurate & timely delivery of orders. Analyze & compare prices from vasious suppliers to ensure competitive pricing . Review & approve purchase invoices & ensure they align with purchase orders. Ensure purchased goods meet the required standars & specifications. Prepare & Submit procurement reports & required by management.
