A. Recruitment & Selection Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for staff-level and worker-level positions. Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and interview in candidate selection. Maintain recruitment tracker and manpower reports. Liaise with job portals, agencies, and internal referrals. B. Employee Relations & Communication Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Conduct regular floor visits to maintain good communication with employees. Support employee engagement activities (events, awards, communication boards). Help ensure company rules and policies are communicated clearly. C. HR Administration & Data Management Oversee attendance, leave, overtime records, and employee record updates. Support payroll team by providing accurate attendance and related data. Manage employee documents (contracts, ID cards, personal files, confirmation letters). Ensure HR filing system and digital databases are up to date. D. Performance Management Support the roll-out of KPI / performance appraisal processes. Monitor probation evaluation schedules and follow up with HODs. Assist in performance data consolidation and reporting. E. Training & Development Coordinate training sessions, prepare training materials, attendance sheets and evaluation forms. Maintain training records and monthly training reports. Follow up with HODs for Training Needs Analysis (TNA). F. HR Policies & Compliance Help review and draft HR policies, procedures, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. Support audits related to HR and administration.
Ensure timely receiving, storing and dispatching of goods and oversee daily warehouse activities. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock. Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and ensure compliance with company policies. Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Prepare stock movement and inventory status reports. Coordinate inbound and outbound processes and ensure accurate documentation of goods. Demonstrate leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Performing routine maintenance tasks (CILT). Make minor repairs. Addressing maintenance issues, troubleshooting problems, and diagnosing equipment malfunctions. Perform fabrication jobs and/or electrical jobs. Respond to maintenance job requests. Keep records of maintenance activities. Mainly responsible for maintaining all machines and equipment in the best condition. Strictly follow the personal hygiene policy for the safety of food. Conduct PM, CM, and CBM as required. Tools must be cleaned and sorted in order. Maintain tools and spare part inventory.
