All EGAP & local (HR payroll system) applications support at 1st level. Staging, managing and upgrading all users endpoint devices (laptop, desktop etc.) Managing and supporting all OPS scanners (Couriers’ and Warehouse), in regardless of installing and upgrading required applications/patches. Managing and supporting LAN and DWAN links by liaising with suppliers. Liaising and managing with other IT vendors for their services e.g. 4G base mobile data, repairing and servicing IT equipment. Managing and supporting all local and network printers (rental & DHL owned). Procuring and maintaining of IT accessories when required including printers’ consumable supplies. Managing and supporting country CCTV system liaising with vendors. Managing and supporting country File/Print sharing server and grant access as and when required. Directly engage with regional project team for rolling out applications except Customer Facing IT applications. Liaising with IT suppliers in the need of procuring IT items.
Make joint sales calls together with sales staff, to sell the benefits of DHL Customer Facing IT tools to customers. Assist and guide customers in the setting up of Customer Facing IT tools and customize management reports as required. Assist customers in troubleshooting queries and problems on Customer Facing IT tools. Arrange ESS (Electronic Shipping Solution) Tool demonstrations to potential customer, the customer needs for automated tool on the evolving marketplace. Visit to customers on a regular basis to guide satisfaction with the Customer Facing IT products, to ascertain any need for extra training and collect suggestion-for future development. Plan and manage Customer Facing IT tools deployment to ensure achievement of successful development targets. Taking participation of UAT (Users Acceptance Test), piloting, rolling out of applications as per direction and aligned with regional team. Support on installing required application to internal users as well as troubleshooting and investigating on the reported issue of any application and escalate to relevant regional support/team. To be involved on planning, performing and rolling out of DHL digitization and automation process/project based on requirement of the business as well as direction from the region.
