DHL Express in Myanmar is seeking a talented Marketing and Pricing Executive to join our dynamic team. The incumbents will be responsible to implement the pricing standards for DHL services to all customer groups. Prepare reports that enable pricing strategy to be developed and informed business decisions to be made and handle general advertising activities and direct marketing programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve measurable results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Review all requests for rate changes and rates for new business to ensure they comply with policy and approve as appropriate in order to ensure profitable growth.
  • Update Client Evaluation Models to ensure the company is fully aware of the relative profitability of accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a product and or service pricing role, or in a marketing or business analysis position
  • Experience in pricing or costing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create captivating and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
