Basic understanding of IT Department Code and conducts Dayto-day IT helpdesk supports, Windows Servers Administration, Managing Network devices (Layer-2 & 3 Switches) and Firewalls Monitor and maintain computers system and its related peripherals Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issue of ERP system and liaise with ERP vendor Support to HR system and all attendance machines issues Ensure daily data backing up (3*2*1 Strategy) and data migration if needed Monitor, maintain and setup CCTV Surveillance System Maintain and up-keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures and to ensure proper tracking and disposal
