Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Basic understanding of IT Department Code and conducts
  • Dayto-day IT helpdesk supports, Windows Servers Administration, Managing Network devices (Layer-2 & 3 Switches) and Firewalls
  • Monitor and maintain computers system and its related peripherals
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issue of ERP system and liaise with ERP vendor
  • Support to HR system and all attendance machines issues
  • Ensure daily data backing up (3*2*1 Strategy) and data migration if needed
  • Monitor, maintain and setup CCTV Surveillance System

Maintain and up-keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures and to ensure proper tracking and disposal

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Basic understanding of Electrical and Electronics concept
  • At least 3 to 5 year experience for similar Responsibilities
  • Good understanding of English Listening and writing, (welcome for Chinese speaking and writing)
  • Prefer Production experience backgrounds
