All Education First Group Jobs
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word. Must be able to maintain and inventory of stationary equipment used in the company. Must be able to submit the daily report to the upper level systematically for the tasks assigned. Assist in the Daily Operation of the Admin Department as required. Must be able to carry out office work systematically such as purchasing, maintaining and retrieving monthly office supplies used for the company. Must be arrange and serve for event and F&B services. Must be able to meet the basic requirements of the Company's departments under the direction of the - Manager. Must be able to work honestly and under work pressure.
Responsible to manage the classroom and teach students to meet proposed learning outcomes by creating an active learning environment. Responsible to monitor and control of all students progress (Academic and non-Academic). Develop and update teaching methodology whenever necessary based on students’ needs and organization regulations. Perform as Lead by example for students as well as academic assist tutors. Represent the professional image as well as organization’s brand.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve student recruitment goals. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Generate high-quality student leads and optimize the conversion funnel. Manage social media platforms, website content, SEO, and email marketing. Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including content creators and graphic designers. Collaborate with the Admissions team to support enrollment growth.
Conducting annual salary surveys. Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget. Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures. Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. Able to known labor law. Maintaining department records and reports. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts. Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures. Calculation monthly salary and personal income tax, SSB.

Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. Monitor inventory of office supplies. Oversee all operations.
