Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting on relevant channels, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  •  Supporting HR managers in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in CV screening and interview scheduling.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Managing employee onboarding, orientation programs, and employment contract processes.
  •  Maintaining HR databases, employee records, and personnel files. Handling administrative tasks such as office supplies, procurement, and asset management.
  •  Preparing payroll processes, Social Security Board (SSB) processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  •  Monitoring employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Organizing staff welfare programs, birthday programs, and CSR activities.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports and reporting on recruitment, vacancy tracking, and employee data to management.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in HR prefer, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR operations or recruiting.
  • Good understanding of Myanmar labor laws, SSB, and income tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, ideally, HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle confidential information.
