Manage the entire vendor management life cycle including sourcing, onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs for favorable terms and service delivery. Check in with vendors on a regular basis and liaise with the internal team in order to coordinate or resolve issues. Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors and staff through email and formal letters for all vendor related matters. Track and evaluate vendor performance against KPIs and approve vendor compliance with all contract obligations. Conduct spot checks of vendor sites and compliance audits against operational and quality standards. Look for process improvement opportunities, cost savings, and enhancements to service. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor location spreadsheet that includes contracts, service offerings, and additional points of contact.
