Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or related role
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C markets
  • Knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain management is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with proven strategic planning abilities
  • Experience in cross-functional management, including sales, marketing, operations, and product
  • Hands-on experience in digital platforms and e-commerce ecosystems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
  • An analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
