Job Summary We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management for a manufacturing operation in Yangon. This role supports business decisions, strengthens controls, and drives financial performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities ● Lead monthly and annual financial closing, reporting, and analysis to support management decisions. ● Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure stable operations and growth. ● Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with accounting standards and tax rules. ● Review costing, profitability, and variances to improve financial performance in a manufacturing setting. ● Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external partners on financing, audits, and statutory requirements. ● Support department leaders with financial guidance, approvals, and clear reporting on key business issues.
