Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management for a manufacturing operation in Yangon. This role supports business decisions, strengthens controls, and drives financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead monthly and annual financial closing, reporting, and analysis to support management decisions.
● Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure stable operations and growth.
● Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with accounting standards and tax rules.
● Review costing, profitability, and variances to improve financial performance in a manufacturing setting.
● Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external partners on financing, audits, and statutory requirements.
● Support department leaders with financial guidance, approvals, and clear reporting on key business issues.

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
● Minimum 10 years of finance or accounting management experience.

● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax, and internal control practices.
● Experience in leadership, team coordination, and cross-functional business support.
● Proficiency in Excel and accounting system.
● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
● Ability to work in Shwepyithar, Yangon, and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
