We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to oversee our people operations and essential office logistics. This role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing and distribution teams are supported and our fleet stays on the move. Core Respoisibilities Human Resources: Manage full-cycle recruitment, CV screening, and coordinating interview schedules. Conduct new staff orientations and maintain all personnel documentation. Payroll & Attendance: Handle daily / monthly salary preparation, attendance tracking, leave management, and KPI monitoring. Admin & Logistics: Monitor fleet fuel usage and coordinate vehicle maintenance. Manage office stationery and general procurement needs.
